My husband and I were incredibly impressed with Ted's demeanor, including his undivided attention, knowledge of the Forester, his eagerness to help without being intrusive or pushy, the way Ted offered information then checked to make certain we understood what he had shared, his willingness to meet our scheduling needs, his overall competence, his really pleasant personality and his honesty. Yes, HONESTY. A car salesman who is honest. Fantastic! Well, when we started considering the purchase of a new car (for me) a few weeks ago, Premier Subaru - and Ted, came to mind. I told my husband that I would only deal with Ted, and would wait for him to return, if he were on vacation. We called, made an appointment and everything I wrote about our first experience, as stated above, absolutely applied this time around, too. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase a 2016 Legacy. Also, I want to mention the ease with which the negotiations (with Ted) were handled, as well as the financing process. Rob Weljkovic helped us with the financing and he was focused, polite, informative, appropriately social, detailed, competent and forthright. He was a pleasure to deal with. More

Excellent Dealer Premier is a really great dealership. There are 2 closer Subaru dealers to me but I make the drive because of the people and management at Premier. I have purchased several vehicles from them and each time I have a good experience. Their sales staff are all friendly and respectful, especially Adam Arsenault, who has been terrific. Adam always goes the extra mile to get the car you want. As my budget and taste has evolved over the years Adam has made sure I have the right one, even when it means bringing it in from hundreds of miles away, or securing one still on the truck. I have never felt pressured and the staff all work together to provide a fair deal. In my recent purchase I worked with Rob Weljkovic in finance who was also very helpful. He took time to explain the finer points of leasing vs finance and provided honest advice in my best interest. More
