Well long story short after the entire process, I bought the car I wanted at Premier Subaru. To begin with, Eloise Fullington did an amazing job in Sales following up with me and making sure that everything on her end and my end were up to par. Later, after the vehicle was all ready and set, Rob Weljkovic the Financial Services Manager did outstanding job in handling the purchase. The signing went by very quick and Rob explained everything very descriptively and answered any questions that arose in the process. Soon after the signing was complete, it led to having a nice talk with the Quality Control Manager, Joe Zerbo, in assuring me that if I still had questions to contact him and ask away. By far, as a drove home I felt that this was best experience I've received. And I assure others that when if you are to choose Premier at Brandford CT, you won't go wrong with your decision. Thank you Premier Subaru Team and Robert Alvine! Also, a great thanks to the employees that worked behind the scenes, your work will not go unrecognized. More

Jason Jarkes , who was my salesman, has particularly provided me with exceptional customer service. To be honest I wasn't quite sure what to expect entering the dealership with specific boundaries in mind but Jason helped me find the perfect car that that fit my criteria. I ended up with a beautiful 2016 Subaru Impreza Sport and I cannot be any happier with my car. The whole car buying process with them was smooth and easy - I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a great high quality, protective, yet affordable car !! More

Jason spent all of the time that I needed to make me understand how all of the safety features worked. We actually spoke with other Subaru dealers (3 in total) for the same 2017 Forester and learned Luke was the most competitive. We decided to work with Luke as he was responsive and consultative - not salesy. I would recommend him if you're thinking of Premier. More

Terrible experience I have dealt with a number of Subaru dealerships around the state, but Premier is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. The sales department I have dealt with a number of Subaru dealerships around the state, but Premier is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. The sales department is fine, not the most informative or knowledgable, but it was a fine experience since I knew what I was looking for. I bought a certified pre-owned legacy and after a couple of months the brakes were acting up, so I brought it back thinking they might stand behind their product. Well I was wrong. Not only did they not stand behind their product but they, without hesitation, instantly placed the blame on me and continued to lecture me with the utmost condescension. The service manager was completely unwilling to even hear what I had to say. Not only that, they also never changed the air filter, which was filthy and had sticks and other debris on it, nor did they change the cabin filter ON A CERTIFIED CAR... I will never, ever, ever, recommend anyone go here. EVER. More
