A long trip, but well worth it Let me start this review by saying that I've been a Subaru owner going on a decade and a half. That being said, I knew exactly what I wanted in my new WRX and searched far and wide to find it. Having abandoned almost all hope of finding a manual base model in WRB, short of ordering from my local dealer (where I was quoted a 3-4 month wait and having to pay the sticker price), I happened upon Premier's website after broadening my search. They had a 2017 WRX in WRB with two options: a vortex generator and a short throw shifter at over $1,300 and change below MSRP. Bear in mind this was one of about a dozen WRX and STI models they had listed, all below MSRP. After I decided to buy the car, my salesperson, Jeff, and the business manager, Rob, didnt try to push any extra warranties or "deals" beyond mentioning that they we were available. All in all, this was a great car buying experience and well worth the long drive. More

He knew we would be driving other makes but didn't compare at all, he just gave us all the pertinent information on the forester we drove and told us at the end what price we could purchase it for. When we bought a car to trade he was the same, giving us a fair price and letting us know before any decision about what we could expect our monthly payments to be. It was, in a word, refreshing. I will highly recommend premier to anyone looking for a vehicle and hope they take my advice More

The price we were quoted initially was among the lowest we found in our research and Luke worked hard to get the most out of our trade. We shopped multiple cars over the course of two weeks, and premier and Luke were the best. They kept in contact, but were never pushy. They firmly believe the cars sell themselves and they do their best to foster the sales process. I'd buy from premier and Luke again, no question. The business manager Rob was also great. He offered the extra warranties and was not pushy when we declined. He did a great job explaining the available warranties without trying to jam them down our throat. He was very helpful filling out the paper work and making sure we knew what each of the dozen or so documents meant. This is the fourth new car my wife and I have purchased and this was the shortest amount of time we spent at the dealership. More

This is my first Subaru so I was a little apprehensive , but Jeff explained all the bells and whistles, how everything works, etc. very thorough. Jeff made the process really easy and painless, not pushy at all,much better than my last car purchase from a Toyota dealership. So far I love the car and would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for an easy car buying experience. More
