Excellent Experience Did some research ahead of time online as we were looking for a safe, economical yet fun new vehicle for a couple of our young drivers. Overall felt the experience and servicewas extremely courteous and low key.We are big Honda fans and felt this was a much better option than the HR-V which we also looked at. Rob in Financial and Joseph the training manager also contributed to help us feel welcomed and appreciated. We love our new Red Crostrek and are hopeful that the long term ownership experience will be as rewarding as the purchase experience! Also Ted took great pains to explain and make sure both we as parents and our kids learned and understood the technology and safety features built into the vehicle. This was much better customer care than i have experienced even with a new Audi. More

When they realized there was more to my situation than just getting out of a lease, they contacted Subaru and asked for more credit towards a new vehicle, and they were successful in this. We had intended to do the 'shop around' thing, but our experience with this sales person and and this dealer was so positive that we just plowed ahead and never looked back. We picked the car up the day after Christmas in a cold dark rain, but never felt rushed or slighted in any way, and had the full 2 hour tutorial/purchase attention that you hope for with any new car acquisition. It's reassuring to find a team who believes in their product and shares that enthusiasm, and to have dealt with a sales agent and a dealership who we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and to whom we will certainly return. Smooth as silk Being from out of state and in CT frequently, buying a car from CT with these guys was a breeze.
