Ted advised us to return to the dealership when the 2017 Imprezza 5-Door Hatchback was on the lot, and we are so glad we did! Ted did a great job in reviewing the features of this newly-redesigned car, and helped us to make the decision to purchase this car over a competing car we were considering. Ted was thoughtful, helpful and kind throughout the sales process, and never put pressure on us to make a decision. Service department goes above and beyond! I own a 2015 WRX that I wish I purchased with Premier just to have given them the business. I have had some issues with the car along the way and ever I own a 2015 WRX that I wish I purchased with Premier just to have given them the business. I have had some issues with the car along the way and every time I bring it in the service staff takes care of the car and myself completely. They really go the extra mile with regular maintenance or fighting to get a part covered under warranty. I am now a customer for life. More
