I was deciding between a WRX and a Crosstrek, and Jason covered all bases between the two models to help me make an informed decision. Jason assisted with ordering a WRX from the factory and kept me up-to-date with when the car would be arriving. On delivery day, he took his time to make sure I was fully aware of the car and its features. During the finance portion of the sale, Rodney was a huge help on securing a great interest rate and nailing down the numbers. Once area of improvement for Rodney is to show the customer all of the warranty options for packages, not just push the customer to the highest price package and not show them the lesser options. Overall, very satisfied with my car choice and the dealership! Will be coming back for service and more cars in the future! More
