He answered all of our questions regarding the vehicles that we were interested in. I went back a few days later and began test driving the vehicles that sparked our interests. None of them met my approval. I came back the following Saturday to test drive one last car and as we were walking down the aisle we both looked at the same 2017 Impreza at the same time. I sat in the car and loved it so Dale took me on a test drive. At no time did he try to persuade me to purchase anything, but, was very laid back and helped me every step of the way. While I do love my 2017 Impreza, I could have purchased it from any dealer; Dale Messinger is the reason I purchased my new vehicle from Premier Subaru. I found him to be very noninvasive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him to others. More

Promotion made us make an uninformed decision Our experience purchasing our 2017 Outback was tarnished when after the purchase we realized that features we had on our 2015 Outback were not include Our experience purchasing our 2017 Outback was tarnished when after the purchase we realized that features we had on our 2015 Outback were not included in the 2017 Outback. The electric rear door closure and navigation that were included on our 2015 Outback were not included on the 2017 model. Shame on us for not realizing this at the time of purchase but we made the assumption that since Premier sold us the 2015 and had the Vin number that we would have been alerted that these options were not included on the 2017 model. Since the deal had to be made that day I feel we were not told the difference between what we had and what we were about to purchase. Lesson learned don't rush into making a decision. More
