There was no back and forth negotiation, he gave me the best price, I even had to ask him what the catch was because it was such a great price! I have gone to other Subaru dealerships in the state and was not happy with the service/employees in all departments. I am so glad I went to Premier, they went above and beyond to make this as easy and simple as possible, and everyone there is so friendly and nice! They will get my business again in another 3 years!! Keep up the great work!! More

New Car Purchase Staff was friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. My only complaint was that the car was not entirely "prepped" upon delivery; there was plastic underneath the car that should have been removed before I drove off the lot. I know this because by the time I noticed it (the next day after driving about 15 miles to work) it was half-melted and the portion of the wrapping I managed to remove said in bold, capitalized font "DEALER MUST REMOVE BEFORE DELIVERY". They also forgot to put the valve stem caps on the tires (which I fortunately noticed before driving away). These may seem like small nuances, however, they had a solid 5 days to get the car ready (purchased on Saturday, picked up on Thursday) and the smell of burning plastic isn't something you want to endure after buying a new car. More

We all own Subarus and we all insist that Andy be our mechanic every time we visit Premier. He's always courtieous, professional, knowledgeable and treats us all like we are family, and for that he has instilled in us a trustworthy bond of the work he's done on our vehicles. I personally couldn't thank Andy enough for maintaining my two Subarus. He's an absolute asset to your company and is the sole reason I've always recommended him to other Subaru owners. Andy's professionalism is the reason that Subaru maintains the loyalty it does amoungst its customers. I'd also like to extend some praise to the mechanic JP as well as Ericka at the service counter. They both made my recent visit to Premier a welcome one. Shaun Daly has been wonderful whenever I've come in for parts.
