I had previously visited Premier Subaru the last time I need a car, about 7 years ago, but a bad sales experience resulted in me quickly leaving. However, I tried them again after a positive recommendation from a family member. I'm happy to say the experience was everything I could have asked for. I went in after reviewing their inventory online, and quickly helped by Ibrahim. After a conversation to understand what I was looking for, we went out to the lot. We looked at the cars I had considered, but also at a few others that were suggested. I was very impressed with Ibrahim knowledge of the inventory, and patience to answer my questions. After testing driving two cars, I purchased a certified pre-owned Impreza. I was a very good experience. I've recommended them to everyone I can, and due to the positive sales experience, I plan on using the service department whenever possible. More

Horrible customer service I spoke with Brian after my car broke down and needed a whole new transmission for $3,500.00. I had brought my car in 2 years ago complaining of shif I spoke with Brian after my car broke down and needed a whole new transmission for $3,500.00. I had brought my car in 2 years ago complaining of shifting issues. They recommended Transmission fluid change. I said I would reschedule and I forgot. Two years later after consistent oil changes and repairs I was never reminded of this needed service. I brought car in two times in past two months complaining of shifting issues. One month later it blew. When I spoke with Brian, he was rude, arrogant and blamed me for declining the service two years ago. No answer for why I was never reminded or the fact I just had it in there for that issue. His response, this stuff happens and you should not have declined the service. When I said I would never go back or buy another Subaru, "that's ok millions of people love our cars and our service". That's it! No empathy or anything! What an xxxxxxx! Never will I return there or buy another Subaru! He should be fired More
