Great experience buying a new Outback! I stopped in on a hot Sunday afternoon to see what "end of the year" deals were available and purchased a new Outback. I worked with Nadine and Rodne I stopped in on a hot Sunday afternoon to see what "end of the year" deals were available and purchased a new Outback. I worked with Nadine and Rodney who were both very professional and polite. I was on the fence about driving an automatic for the first time and Nadine was very supportive. I did not feel rushed in test driving several models before choosing the right car for me and my family. I had a very specific color and trim combination I wanted and was about to drive down to New Jersey to pick the car up with another dealer offering a very aggressive discount on the car, but Ibrahim was able to find a car on the way to port to another dealer, and had it transfered over in a very reasonable time. Furthermore, Premier Subaru was able to basically match the offer from the other dealership, saving me a drive down to NJ. What sweetened the deal even more is of course all their incentives for new car owners, including 2 years of free maintenance, which effectively made the car even cheaper! Fast & easy I had come on this past Friday just to get an idea of what was available & also to test drive a few of the different models.
