I was very pleased with Premier Subaru of Branford. My family and I have purchased many Subaru's and Premier has been my favorite by far. My only complaint would be with the detailing and application family and I have purchased many Subaru's and Premier has been my favorite by far. My only complaint would be with the detailing and application of the protective coating. My car came out with more swirl marks than it went in with. If I could go back, I would have never opted to have Premier subaru do this service. I now need to pay a professional detailer for a car I've just purchased. More

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2020 vehicle from Premier and we couldn’t be more disappointed. Our sales rep mislead us with smoke and mirrors. We thought we were getting a good deal and good packa Premier and we couldn’t be more disappointed. Our sales rep mislead us with smoke and mirrors. We thought we were getting a good deal and good package, but we in fact did not. We found out today, that we could have purchased the same vehicle with additional components for more than $500 less if we had gone to Quality Subaru in Wallingford. Not to mention that I wasn’t given much for my trade in. Premier has since had the audacity to not admit that they mislead us. To make matters worse, Premier did not honor my military Veterans discount. I will never purchase another vehicle from Premier and I will insure all of my friends and family go to law where. Stay away from this dealer at all costs. Their GM of Sales blatantly argued with me and called me a liar. Talk about great customer service. More
