Scott Collins, Customer Experience Manager, was our Point of Contact and kept us informed throughout the experience from drop-off to pick-up. We were also pleased that Premier Subaru offers a 100,000 mile + discount of 10% which helped keep the costs down. The work was done on time as promised in advance. The car drives like new now and the fact that Premier is in new premises (as of November 2019) is also a positive. We will be back. More

New Subaru Forester I recently purchased a new 2020 Subaru Forester at Premier Subaru in Branford. I made an appointment initially with my daughter, and my wife met the I recently purchased a new 2020 Subaru Forester at Premier Subaru in Branford. I made an appointment initially with my daughter, and my wife met the same salesman (Adam) the next day. Adam was understanding of our circumstances and quickly accommodated our requests to see different cars despite the freezing cold weather. This allowed us to independently arrive at a car and trim level that met our families needs and current budget. We had done research online but there is nothing like actually sitting in the car to get a feel for what's going on. The forester is comfortable and has fantastic visibility, and before you dismiss it as not having enough pep, try pushing the little s button for sport mode before you get on the highway. Adam walked me through that and more during the test drive. Once we purchased the vehicle my wife and I got to spend individual time with Andi, who walked us through the technology involved with the car and trained us how to use it. Cars these days have complicated computer systems and Andi got us up to speed. Speaking of Speed, the whole car purchasing process went very quickly thanks to Adam's planning, and the finance manager (Jack?) proficiency with the paperwork. My not remembering his name is a testament to how well he did his job! I brought a check, a loyalty coupon, and a credit card. He asked a few questions, I said yes, or no, then we patiently waited for the seventies era printer to complete the registration form. More
