We were pleasantly surprised when it came to negotiating time and we were offered high end KBB value for our trade-in, a 2012 Forester. All the discussions with Michael were more like a fireside chat, rather than a bargaining process. He answered all questions and went the extra mile to provide a service record for the new vehicle. Neil Wetmore gave the technical explanation for the features of the car and saved us problems if we had just driven it off the lot. Brought in from the cold Michael found me wandering around the car dealerships lot on a bleak winter day.
