The new facility is awesome and state of the art. Customers are handled efficiently and quickly. Outstanding This was my first visit since I purchased my Forester in Sept. 2019. First I must state that the new physical plant is outstanding, the amenities are fantastic. I dealt with Service Advisor Jaime Russo who was excellent she explained everything that would be going on while I was there. I also dealt with Neil Wetmore who tried quite hard to pare my cellphone with the system, but after numerous tries was unsuccessful, he determined that the problem was with my cell. I was sorry to hear that the salesperson who sold me my card has left this dealership. He was great to deal with and I wish him luck wherever he goes. Kudos to management they have a great team in place.👍😀 More

I bought my first Subaru Forester at Premier in 2011 and have been going there ever since, for service. When it came time to replace the car, in Feb. 2020, I knew I wanted another Forester and I wanted it f have been going there ever since, for service. When it came time to replace the car, in Feb. 2020, I knew I wanted another Forester and I wanted it from Premier. I had identified which Forester and Mike was very helpful, as was the whole team. We had one small hitch when we could not take possession of the vehicle when we went to get it (Premier did not have the title yet); we requested a loaner and they provided it (hence the four stars and not five). Overall, we are very happy with our car and the dealership. More

I stopped into the dealership today to test drive a Legacy. I get a company car and needed to make a decision on which model to choose from. my choices were limited between Ford Fusion, Altima, Toyot Legacy. I currently drive a Subaru Outback. I have to say i was impressed by Legacy and I'm not going to bother test driving the others. The sales associate Jason Jarks was so nice and went of his way to let me test drive the Legacy knowing i wasn't purchasing directly it was going through my company to purchase. thank you! More
