They kept my car for 7 days knowing they would not fix the car because it needed to be cleaned. Instead of informing me before hand so they could service my car, They said something had to be done first j the car because it needed to be cleaned. Instead of informing me before hand so they could service my car, They said something had to be done first just to get a payment. 350$ for spark plugs and 600$ for a rental later, My car is in the same condition. point is stop money chasing and value your customers. I would have paid for everything had they informed me they wouldn’t work on my car until it was cleaned first. Do better. More
