I spoke to Charlie early Monday to see if i could drop my car off to get an oil change the next day. This was the first time I'd ever done this. I dropped my car off Monday evening, and was told I'd get a call Tues when my car was ready. I called about 330-400 to see if it was ready. Charlie forgot that I'd dropped my car off the day before. So he tried to make it seem like it was extra busy that day. But told me it would take 40 minutes to do the oil change. I said ok and disconnected the call. After thinking about it, I called to tell him I'd just pick it up Wednesday. I had to leave a vm. About 20 minutes after the vm I get a call from Charlie telling me that my car was ready. I told him that I'd left a message and how I didn't want a rush job. My mom was going to bring me to get my car but, wasn't feeling well Wed. I checked rideshare prices, it was $45 for a ride that's less than 20 min. The Service Dept. closes at 5:30. I used my mom's car to get to the dealership. I paid for the services and moved my car to a general area. I'd planned on going back later that night when the rideshare prices weren't as high. I ended up paying 20 for the ride a 5 for a tip. And this was on top of what I paid for the oil change. I was very unhappy and didn't even get an apology for him forgetting my car was there for the oil change. I can honestly say the service department is not like it use to be when Mike was there.
