After all the issues I had that corporate had to get involved in to fix the situation, and they did, there was oil and/or grease left on my seat and they failed to inform me of a burnt out headlight whe involved in to fix the situation, and they did, there was oil and/or grease left on my seat and they failed to inform me of a burnt out headlight when the light situation is what I had them working on outside of the recall that I brought it there for. Had corporate not got involved, I feel, the issues that I had, wouldn't have been resolved. I'd like to thank Mr Daigle for getting back with me, as no one from the dealership did despite my text, phone call and email. If the folks there would've had the same courtesy and desire to do proper customer service, they'd be awesome. As for the techs, they should return vehicles, minus the work done, the way they received them. To leave grease and oil on people's seats and carpet tore up and tail lights hanging out in the trunk is just unexceptable. Sorry guys but you need to do better. My mother and step father has gotten 5+ vehicles from Mr Ray and Daryl and my aunt and uncle 3. I was strongly considering trading in my vehicle and continuing the business my family has done with Ray Brandt but after this experience, minus the corporate involvement, I fear I may have to reconsider.
