There were many cars in the service area and I was told that they were 3 weeks behind. It took 4 weeks before they diagnosed the problem. Power Relay for Hybrid. Then they had to order the part. The amount they quoted was not what I actually paid. Apparently, they also had to order a safety switch also which took extra time. It left me wondering if the initial problem wasn’t the switch and not the relay. More
First of all, this isn’t about the service staff there. They are doing the best with what they have. This 1-star rating is with the owner, Ray Brandt, who has loss focus on what made his dealerships great. They are doing the best with what they have. Years back, he used to be hands on in making sure his dealerships and service departments were top notch; however, in the past couple of years, it seems like he can care less what goes on there. There is no way it should take 2 months to get an appointment to get your oil changed when you can go to Leson or Bohn dealerships and get an appointment in 3 days. In addition, it should ‘t take 2-3 days just for someone to look at your vehicle after you drop it off. Ray, there was a time when you actually cared about your business and your customers. Now, just like others, your success has diminished your focus on your employees, your business, and your customers. The service department is understaff and this is causing lots of frustration and issues with your customers. Where is the old Ray? Where is the Ray that personally made sure his business was top notched and his customers were highly satisfied? I’m very disappointed in the product you are giving your customers. If you don’t value your business or your customers anymore, then get out of the business and sell it to someone who does. Clay. R. More
