Extremely disappointed. Brought car to Ray Brandt Hyundai after car was stolen on 7/4/23. Pickup car on 9/27. By the time I made it home, only about 15 minutes away from Ray Brought car to Ray Brandt Hyundai after car was stolen on 7/4/23. Pickup car on 9/27. By the time I made it home, only about 15 minutes away from Ray Brandt Hyundai, car was shuddering really bad and check engine light came on. Brought car back Sept 30. I was told that car that spark plugs needed to be replaced. This was completed and they also replaced battery. Picked up car on 10/14. Check engine came back on the same day and car is once again shuddering, but even worse than before. At this point I’ve decided to go to another repair shop. I will go Ray Brandt Hyundai ever again, not even for maintenance. More

Had oil changed and car serviced then oil leaking in our driveway, so had to bring car back to ray Brandt to have fixed. Not real happy about this issue and inconvenience. I this made me having to leave wor driveway, so had to bring car back to ray Brandt to have fixed. Not real happy about this issue and inconvenience. I this made me having to leave work early (had appointment then told upon arrival not sure why I was given a 4pm appointment has crew leaves at 5pm) to take care of along with trying to get oil off our driveway, which we haven’t got the oil off completely. In summary, not impressed with my first visit to your dealership. More
