Paid for update which never done and declined to get refund! Recently went to Premier Ford Service for Sync 3 upgrade to version 2.2 which suppose to have Android auto. They charged me for upgrade but didn't do it and told me come next day. At the next day they said upgrade isn't out yet and manager and representative John declined to return money! Now I have to claim it at the bank. The worst experience there ! UPD. After review got call from them and they refunded money. More

SERVICE DEPT UNPROFESSIONAL AND PETTY Took my car in for service in Sep and waited 6 weeks for the dealership to repair. When i called I was told the car was ready two weeks prior. I then took my car back a few weeks later for another issue and received a call by EDDY that FRANK the service mgr said "come and get your car - you gave us a bad review, we re a franchise and we dont have to work on your car - take it somewhere else" Dont worry - I'll never go back there but will let everyone know the childish behavior that I ve witnessed at the service dept More
