So I called and made an appointment. They couldn’t see it for a month so I waited. The day I showed up for the scheduled time they had no record of my appointment. No problem they said t They couldn’t see it for a month so I waited. The day I showed up for the scheduled time they had no record of my appointment. No problem they said they would take it anyway. I started calling a few days later for an update and no one would ever call me back. 1 week goes by. I continue to call for another week with no results. After two weeks, and no work on my Jeep, I call saying I’m coming to get it. I get a call a few minutes later asking if I was having battery problems before I brought it in. I was not at that time they informed me my battery was dead. Both batteries were dead after talking for about 30 minutes at the dealership they decided to keep it and work on it to get the battery issue fixed so they could work on the initial problem for which I brought it in for. The week goes by the batteries are charged and I am told that the lights on my dash that are showing are normal. What!!! I immediately went and got it and brought it to another dealership that knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it in two days! More
