Liars Was told I get 2 free oil changes but I had to pay some of it. I was also told that when I got the truck Im leasing that my insurance would only go up Was told I get 2 free oil changes but I had to pay some of it. I was also told that when I got the truck Im leasing that my insurance would only go up 100 dollars but they didnt say I had to get leasing insurance which brought it up to 250 more a month. I will never do business here again. Salesmen are just trying to make a sale that's all and I dont feel like I was taken care of, more like used. First time I have had this experience getting a vehicle and it will be the last time as well. More

everything about this repair has been terrible My initial visit was due to the fact my truck had to be towed in after calling my service manager for 10 days without an answer I finally get a call b My initial visit was due to the fact my truck had to be towed in after calling my service manager for 10 days without an answer I finally get a call back and tow it to bring my vehicle in and a vehicle would be waiting for me I get there there's no vehicle waiting for me and told I don't have rental after conversing with Mopar re-establish contact with the manager and it is confirmed that I do have rental a rental was given to me and the repair took an additional however many days I don't remember upon completion of the repair I was told that I needed to pay for 4 days of the rental and finally told that's not the case just to pay my deductible for my warranty repair received my vehicle was told the sun roof was replaced but then find out just the hoses were replaced upon inspection of my vehicle my backseat headrest and carpet are completely soaked I re contact Mopar who tells me contact the service manager and bring my vehicle back after a week of my vehicle being continuously rained in because it has been raining every day since the pickup I am told to bring my vehicle in on the next week Tuesday... I get a call confirming my arrival on Tuesday morning at about 7:45 and also told that a vehicle would be available for me I arrive at 11:07 to find out there is not a vehicle available and the lady at Enterprise toad me no reservation was even made I am told by my service advisor that they should have something available for me after 4 p.m. that day so I leave the dealership and go back to work because I left work to make it there for 11 I arrived this morning at 9 a.m. to leave my truck and pick up a rental as I tried the previous day and I am told that there is nothing available for me to pick up but if I have a couple of hours to wait they may be able to accommodate me which puts me at another disadvantage because instead of leaving work today I delayed my arrival to work but still resulted in the same situation of me trying to drop off my vehicle but not being able to leave with one... All of this time the communication has sucked the only communication I receive car repair that has taken over a month has been 3 calls from my service advisor but only after I made multiple calls to her... this repair has been the worst service repair experience that I have had in my 15 years of owning multiple Ram vehicles More
