Sloppy service Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection which I had a 3 for 150 coupon for a full synthetic oil change. Gave service a coupon when I arrived as it said to do on a paper I seen when I walked in. Service worker told me to email the coupon to him. So I did. And waited for my truck to be serviced. When i went to go pay after service was finished. They had not applied my coupon. Told them I had email a coupon to a guy in service. So I had to wait longer while they re wrote my bill. After he comes back. I had signed some of the paperwork before I noticed that the price is not what the coupon said it would be. I asked the lady in the area where you pay if they put full synthetic or semi synthetic oil. She said full synthetic. I pulled up the full synthetic coupon and the semi synthetic coupon. And showed her that the price was for semi synthetic. I asked her why they didnt put in the oil I requested. She replied that they scanned the coupon and my truck requires semi synthetic and not full synthetic. Even though the truck manual only says 5w20 which they make a full synthetic oil of. I did not want to argue so I left it be. I will not be going back here after my 2 other services I've already paid for is finished. The communication issues this dealership has and the lack of knowledge or willing to lie to not give me what I asked for has left a sour feeling as this is my first experience with them. I was not going to write a review but I was sent a text asking for one. More

Failed to tell me my warranty expired up front When I made my service appt., the person who helped me should have provided me info on my warranty. I bought my car from that dealership. If I would have been told up front it expired, I could have saved myself time off work and a $135 diagnostic fee. Furthermore my warranty expired 2000 miles ago. My air condition broke in a 4 year old car. I feel like some financial compromise could have been offered. Instead I got a quote of over $1200.00. I could put a down payment on a new car for that price! More
