Horrible Customer Service This dealership is horrible! I hate that I have to use this dealership, due to the convenience of it. They are extremely rude here and need more train This dealership is horrible! I hate that I have to use this dealership, due to the convenience of it. They are extremely rude here and need more training in customer service and in their skill. I have been here numerous times and I cringe every time I have to go. I brought my JEEP here for several issues and I was told because of the lengthy list of issues, my diagnostic test fee would new charged separately instead of the amount of $130 going to the amount of my overall cost of repair. Then I asked about an issue that I had forgotten to tell them about, I was told that if I don’t state what is wrong with my vehicle, they don’t check for that issue in particular. Well I was under the impression that they diagnostic test was ran to check for ALL issues. My car was there for over a week and they refused to give me a loaner vehicle. I absolutely HATE AL this dealership. More

crazy and wrong. I got a quote from out of town dealer. Took that to RAY BRANDT JEEP. First offer came back 3k higher. I walked out got in the truck. Robert come runni I got a quote from out of town dealer. Took that to RAY BRANDT JEEP. First offer came back 3k higher. I walked out got in the truck. Robert come running out said would take off 3k. O.K. next Morning at 930am arrive. about 1 hour later went to finance lady. My credit score is above 850 and she wanted 6.6 percent. this is way high should be 3.8 % the diffrence of 3.8 to 6.6% is about 2700 dollars. that is the original amount there price was high. Finance lady had no other options(loan Co.) So someone told her to get 6.6% so they could make profit. They will say , do, anything Robert is good dude but is being trained to do things that are not 100% good for the customer. Shake there hand but count your fingers when finished. If deal is not correct, to the penny. WALK OUT, no RUN far faraway. More

Wednesday 9 am Me and my husband has purchased 3 vehicles from the ray brandt corporation and have been very satisfied with the service and vehicles up to this point Me and my husband has purchased 3 vehicles from the ray brandt corporation and have been very satisfied with the service and vehicles up to this point Wr have a 2012 Optima 2016 forte 2015 dodge ram The service at ray brandt dodge was by far the worst experience in all of the years dealing with the group Wr called to make appointment and was told they could not find that vehicle and could not make an appointment I had to call back and speak to a manager to get an appointment which he was helpful with I show up at my appointment no one greeted me or even acknowledged me I waited outside for about 3 minutes then I went to the service department were I sat and waited 7 minutes for the 2 ladies that was talking to finally help me Then was told I needed to bring my coupon at time of drop off so I had to go back home to get my coupon Needless to say on our next purchase or for that matter service I will try to bring the vehicle anywhere but ray brant dodge. Lost my registration during appraisal I went in to look at new Grand Cherokees and to have my current Jeep appraised for a trade-in. During the appraisal, they made a copy of my registrati I went in to look at new Grand Cherokees and to have my current Jeep appraised for a trade-in. During the appraisal, they made a copy of my registration and somehow never returned the registration to my car. I made multiple attempts to contact the salesperson and after being told they would get back to me during that day, I did not hear back from them for multiple days. During those days of waiting, my file was shredded and now I am forced to spend money to obtain a new copy of my registration. This effectively cost me money to go in and have my car appraised. More
