Fixes on used car not correct When I purchased the car I pointed out a scratch and asked if that could be touched up which they did but the first time I took the car through a car When I purchased the car I pointed out a scratch and asked if that could be touched up which they did but the first time I took the car through a car wash weeks later the fix was no longer fixed. I requested the cover for the tow hitch on the back be repaired and they did but it should have been replaced which was the first solution mentioned and now since the repair was not a replace I have to return and have it replaced. Love my vehicle, not happy with the repairs performed. More

After not using my Jeep for a short period of time I brought it into Premier to have it looked at and make sure it’s in top shape for spring/summer, Danielle the service manager set me up in a loaner wh brought it into Premier to have it looked at and make sure it’s in top shape for spring/summer, Danielle the service manager set me up in a loaner while Michelle the service advisor set up my car to have a safety check! My car was there for 3 days and they always kept in touch with the progress. I also asked to have it completely detailed, upon getting it back my Jeep not only looked brand new it’s driving like brand new! I am always satisfied with the service department at Premier and this time was no different!! More
