I started having one of those “mystery noises” when I would go over bumps in my 2019 Cherokee, so I emailed Michelle Martin, my go to service advisor, on a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning, I got a call from her saying to drop it off and she’d arrange for a loaner. It’s summer on Cape Cod and evening with COVID-19, everything is busy, busy, busy here—car service is no exception. As is usually the case when you have a mystery noise, by the time I drove the 30 miles, it disappeared as quickly as it started. Michelle was ready anyway with my loaner and was insistent on the technicians having a look just in case. She even asked if I would like to have them do my upcoming tire rotation and oil change while it was up on the lift. Saved me an extra trip! Thanks Michelle and the guys who took my wheels for a test drive, checked her over, tightened a couple of things and had it ready the next morning. I appreciate you SO MUCH! More
