Needed a spare key for jeep. Had to make an appointment 3 weeks out. Took 45min to get key programmed. When I had I had ok Ken with parts specialist originally I was quoted $203 for cost of key. Would've been nice to know that quoted price hadn't included service fee etc. I also was not told how long it would take and there were no updates given to me until I initiated it. I understand COVID is holding things up but the stories I was given regarding the part needed varied too much. Worse yet I had to be one making contact with the dealer days after I was told my car should be was given regarding the part needed varied too much.
