Last Friday afternoon, my car broke down and needed to be towed. I called Premier and was able to have the car brought there. I had the car back by Monday. Bought a “certified used” pick up truck. E-brake was broken. Took a week and a half to fix, then they demanded I return loaner with only 6 hr notice, had to leave work early. Work order states parking b broken. Took a week and a half to fix, then they demanded I return loaner with only 6 hr notice, had to leave work early. Work order states parking brake holds 1500 rpm, but the truck rolls as soon as I put it in drive. Truck has a vibration that I have mentioned twice, still vibrates. Pretty sure they don’t want to deal with it, my guess is mechanics are paid flat rate. Should have asked around before I used premier, as everyone I asked who has used them has a negative review. Only good experience was the salesman OBrian. More
