You make it VERY difficult to have your car serviced in the time of Covid. In the beginning when you had stopped your car service, you had at least offered a loaner for the day but not now. You won't let people stay in your waiting room for longer than an hour, you have no car service to get them to work and you no longer offer a vehicle yet all of these other dealerships that my friends and co-workers go to have access to both. I refused to buy a car from the Chevy dealership on the Cape due to their Service Department. I will consider these last few experiences during Covid heavily when it comes time to buy a new car in the next 12 months. More

I have 2 problems the cargo lights keep coming on for no reason and the center console gets stuck shut, unfortunately the technician was unable to diagnose the problem during the repair visit. One cargo lig reason and the center console gets stuck shut, unfortunately the technician was unable to diagnose the problem during the repair visit. One cargo light burnt out from being on constantly, they did replace the bulb but at a cost to me of $32.00 I feel this was a an exorbitant rate considering it was a 5 minute fix I don't think this is good buisnes both problems are still happening the cargo lights still come on and now the center console is stuck in the closed position More

Called Jeep to get an oil change and fix a headlight bulb that went out. Jeep got us in quickly and even helped with my question about why my tire pressure kept decreasing. I dropped the jeep off. I left the keys with Michelle and walked the dog and came back in a hour and everything was done. The oil was changed,rotated the tires and inspected the car.
