Brought vehicle in for oil change and several warranty/should do items came up, which they stated they couldn't do that day since they take "all day", but would be happy to setup an appt with a l warranty/should do items came up, which they stated they couldn't do that day since they take "all day", but would be happy to setup an appt with a loaner (included with my vehicle). Arrived early for drop off, and there seemed to be an immediate issue. The "warranty item" now would only take .2 and would not cover a loaner, nor would the "should do items". I was either lied to at the original appt, or an error was made. Either way, they didn't take accountability, apologize or stick to their word, and I left without getting the service. More
