How to lose TRUST and business On January 02, 2017 I was assisted by Robert Dombrowski in selecting a new vehicle. He showed me 4 vehicles and I took 1 for a test drive. Stock #J9799 VIN : 1C6RR7KT0HS516931. 2017 RAM 1500 Tradesman Truck Crew Cab, NICE TRUCK! Rob was very nice and informative. I thanked him and stated I would let him know my decision in the morning. Before leaving I asked him directly if I would get the PURE PRICE of $34,318 on the Tradesman if I decided to purchase in the morning (01/03/17). "Yes" was his reply. On the morning of January 03, 2017 I notified my insurance to add this vehicle then spoke with Rob to finalize the deal. He stated, "Unfortunately the price will be an additional 1,500". He did explain why and here is my chief complaint: He said yes to my direct question the prior evening. I took his word which he did not honor the following morning. I do not care what his reason is and here is why: you should never promise what you cannot deliver, when you do that you lose trust. Service was quick, fair, courteous and thoughtful Recently had to have my '08 Liberty towed in for service to re-replace a Rear Pinion Seal that had been serviced at Premier a couple of weeks earlier. Recently had to have my '08 Liberty towed in for service to re-replace a Rear Pinion Seal that had been serviced at Premier a couple of weeks earlier. Received, friendly same-day service, comp credit toward my towing, new seal at NC and a courtesy ride from my home to pick up he Jeep when it was ready. Battery (apparently the original) was DOA in their lot, so with my approval they included replacement in the RO. These folks are nice to deal with, helpfully alert when servicing a vehicle and obviously stand behind their work. Doesn't get much better than this. More

Rob Dombrowski could not have been a better sales representative for the store. Same for Andrew Dent in finance though we did not need his services. Golf Pengthong did a great job explaining the details of our new car to my wife. I spent the last twenty years of my working life with an international high end vehicle manufacturer dedicated to the best customer service and buyer relations that could be given. Our vehicles sold for many times the price of an automobile to very wealthy and particular buyers so I know what customer service is and we experienced it here. I wish I had the same feeling after my experience with the service department. More

All the tires in my new 2016 RAM Bighorn truck were reading very l Today was an incredibly cold morning, with outside air temps less than 10 degrees. All the tires in my new 2016 RAM Bighorn truck were reading very low. Try as I might, I went to 4 gas stations whose air systems were down, frozen or otherwise inoperable. Finally, I stopped in at Premier, where John Lendval saw me as I was going to to the service department. He immediately took my truck, had the tire pressures set properly, and sent me on my way...and would not accept anything in return. I am 62 and I have been driving for 45 years...and I have never been treated more courteously in my adult life. This dealership, and John Lendval in particular, are spectacular. I am so very impressed with the gracious nature of the staff, and wish to make sure that he knows his kindness was appreciated. Please share this with him. More

Joe found me the truck and took me through the purchase process seamlessly. What I didn't research was required interest rates in order to get certain rebates and closing costs, especially documentation fees. With the advent of the Internet, car buying has changed significantly. I guess the dealership has to make their money somehow. This website requires I rate customer service and quality of work. I have only owned the truck for a few days and have no experience with either of these criteria . More
