My 85 year old Mom, due to a recent injury, could no longer climb into my belov On May 10 I emailed Premier Cape Cod with a slightly unusual problem. My 85 year old Mom, due to a recent injury, could no longer climb into my beloved 2011 Jeep Liberty. I needed a car to lease with less distance between the ground and the passenger seat -- but I didn't really want a sedan. Practically instantly salesperson Leo Laemmle emailed me back with suggestions and then emailed me again -- having measured everything in sight-- and making excellent suggestions. When I came in the next day Leo was out sick-- but despite that he had made arrangements for me to be helped by another salesperson, Joe O'Brien, and had filled him in on my whole story and my needs and wants. Within an hour, we had arranged what I hoped would be the perfect car. Joe gave me the keys and I drove it home (3 towns away) to see if my Mom could get in safely. Perfect car was a perfect fit! Joe helped me make arrangements for the lease Leo had already entered the specifications for (and a very good deal it was -- with rebates and "specials" I would never have known existed but for Leo and Joe). I returned to Premier on May 12 to pick up my brand new leased Jeep Compass and to sign the papers. I met with Andrew Dent -- the "business manager, " who made everything go so smoothly and pleasantly it might have been a friendly social visit instead of a business arrangement. He even noticed a small change that made my already surprisingly low monthly payment even lower. He was warm, friendly, and every inch a professional. Golf Pengthong took care of every other detail -- he had registration done, plates on, inspection completed and a full tank of gas in the car in minutes -- although his warm, kind and genuinely helpful manner would have made a much longer wait a pleasure. In short, from the time of my initial email to the moment I left the lot with my new car, I was treated like visiting royalty. This is my 4th vehicle from Premier -- and my first lease ever. I will never purchase or lease a car from anywhere else. More

I had been shopping for a truck for three months or so with no luck finding the right truck to fit my budget. Not only did Premier have the right truck at the right price, Kyle was a real pleasure to work with. He was transparent and honest which gave me the confidence I needed; in what had proven to be a real bummer at some other dealerships. Kyle was looking out for my interests only. Upon returning, we filled out the paperwork, Kyle explained the no-haggle pricing, the corporate rebates, etc., We had a similarly pleasant experience signing the paperwork with the business/financing representative, Andrew Dent. oh, and the price was what we expected to pay after all our online researching.
