I had a flat tire today and was greeted by their driver, an absolute darling young man with a lovely smile and then assisted by Lauren Pavao (: She was Awesome!!! Extremely warm, competent and helpful. I did not get the gentleman's name that performed the service but he was great too!! Lauren brought me right out to the service floor so I could see exactly what the issue was with the Mechanic. This is the only Service Center that I have ever gone to where they will honestly tell you if work is necessary or also if it is NOT necessary. I have had multiple occasions where I have thought that I would have to spend more money and they have actually come back to me and saved me money.. Imagine that!! totally unheard of in the Auto Dealership Service industry. If there is anything serious that needs to be dealt with for my vehicle I would not trust anyone else but Premier Jeep Service Center. Always a pleasure, always a fabulous experience.
