Rob was so nice and helpful, answered all questions, was engaged, and really cared about us and made sure we were comfortable and found the perfect fit. Everything was a positive experience here! No complaints. Rob made this process easy, enjoyable, exciting, and comforting. His work ethic is outstanding and has an excellent way with speaking and working with people. He took the time to explain everything in great detail and also helped order thule crossbar racks that I wanted to purchase.
