Misleading Internet Practices I searched for info, inventory, and prices for a 2017 Jeep Renegade on Cape Cod. This dealership showed up and had good reviews. The price on their we I searched for info, inventory, and prices for a 2017 Jeep Renegade on Cape Cod. This dealership showed up and had good reviews. The price on their website had a click button below it to get the best internet price. Since I was interested in the Jeep I clicked and filled out the contact form with my name, email, zip code, and phone requesting an email reply. Within a few minutes my phone rang - I did not answer. In a while I got an email with my best internet price, exactly the same as the price posted on their website. That email said that this price was non-negotiable and reflected all available discounts icluding $1000 for financing or leasing the vehicle through them. I emailed back and asked if the Jeep would cost ne $1000 more than the web price if I paid cash. I have had emails with salesperson and a customer service person and still no one has answered my question. But they do have my contact info. A thousand dollars MORE if you pay cash - SCAM! Avoid these folks!! More

How Customer Service SHOULD Be My Jeep broke down (transmission died) at approximately 11am. I called Brian Kelly Jr, who contacted John at Premier Cape Cod and told him I was gett My Jeep broke down (transmission died) at approximately 11am. I called Brian Kelly Jr, who contacted John at Premier Cape Cod and told him I was getting my vehicle towed to the shop. It was still under warranty through the lease. John and Jed were there to meet me upon arrival. They had already arranged a rental through Enterprise and who was waiting to pick me up. I was in a rental (the last one available at that location due to peak summer rentals on Cape Cod) and back on the road within 90 minutes of the first call. Jed updated me over the next few days and my Jeep was ready for pick-up within about 48 hours of dropping it off. I will continue to recommended customers to Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield where I purchased the Jeep, as well as Premier Cape Cod. Outstanding customer service has become a dinosaur. It is nice to see some businesses still know how to treat their customers with appreciation and respect. More
