The experience was outstanding not just because of the wonderful purchase but because of the wonderful employees who run a tight ship. I would first like to speak about Robert Dombrowski. Robert was the first individual who I had contacted regarding the interest in a new jeep. From the moment we had first communicated he was on the case from start to finish in an extremely professional manner. I came in one day to test drive the car. The very next day I was driving the car off the lot with an efficient and effective experience to say the least. Premier of Cape Cod is quite lucky to have an individual who is so diligent and persistent in their craft. He ensured everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and didn’t take no for an answer. He showed up on his day off to make sure my jeep was ready to rock and that alone was enough to show the type of character he has. Andrew Dent was the individual who solidified all of the paperwork an ensured that everything that we wanted was written in the contract. There was nothing but professionalism from him as well and the dealership is also quite lucky to have an individual who doesn’t xxxxxxxx but states the facts. Golf Pengthong was an amazing individual as well who had shown me how all the electronics worked in the jeep. I was clueless as to how use most of the electronic dashboard but due to his through insight on how to enable each and every piece of equipment, I was ready to rock and roll in my jeep. Leo Laemmle was the last individual that I had dealt with. The RMV was down for the day therefore Leo was kind enough to put dealer plates on my care for the day so I could begin driving around my new Jeep. He is an individual I have known for a long time and it goes without being said he hasn’t changed at all. I say thins because he has always been a compassionate and honest individual and his professionalism was something that wasn’t unnoticed. He didn’t have to go out of his way for me but he certainly did. In conclusion I would like to say that all of the staff members mentioned above went above and beyond their scope of practice. They all treated me like a friend rather than a sales person. I cannot wait to conduct more business in the future with Premier of Cape Cod. The people who live on Cape are lucky to have such a professional and honest dealership. I want to thank everyone mentioned above for a job well done. The BEST Car Servicing Experience I had the BEST experience that one can possibly have while getting their car serviced today at Premier Cape Cod. My jeep's malfunction censor was flas I had the BEST experience that one can possibly have while getting their car serviced today at Premier Cape Cod. My jeep's malfunction censor was flashing while the engine was running and upon my arrival, they brought my car to in RIGHT away. The mechanic, Henry, checked it out and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. The service advisor, Kasey Dockham, took such good care of me and made sure that my car was safe to drive back to Boston, while fitting me into their busy servicing schedule. Excellent Service for Vacationing Dodge Owner Two weeks ago, my family and I found ourselves "on the road" far from home, with a carload of vacation luggage and bikes and a spare FOB that was only Two weeks ago, my family and I found ourselves "on the road" far from home, with a carload of vacation luggage and bikes and a spare FOB that was only partially functioning. An overturned canoe, on a river in Vermont, sent our FOB floating away, not to be recovered. The spare FOB that we had never used, turned out, was never programmed to our vehicle. While my wife began our 5 hour drive from Vermont to our next destination, I searched the internet for a Dodge dealership; finding Premier Cape Cod, Hyannis ! Matt Brilliant took my phone call; took down my information and promised to call me back as soon as he had located the FOB suited to my 2011 Dodge Durango. It wasn't long before he called, having located the one for our model car. We made arrangements for us to stop by Premier when we got into town later that day. That was when we met Michayla Matchem. Michayla took my call as we entered Hyannis, and directed me from our hotel to the dealership's service department. Knowing we had no vehicle until the FOB programming was complete (the next day), Michayla was kind enough to drive us back to our hotel, a mile away. On the way, she shared her knowledge of Hyannis; all of the spots that a travelling family should see in that wonderful town. My conversations with these two individuals included much more than I could fit in this review. Suffice to say, Premier Cape Cod is lucky to have people like Matt and Michayla in their employ ! I don't want to forget Joe L'Hommedieu who gave me a friendly lift back to the dealership the next morning when the Durango and FOB were ready to go. Great young people !
