BEST experience we've EVER had purchasing a car from dealer. We first visited the dealership that where we last purchased our cars over the past 10 years because we were hoping to get a good deal for being Loyal We first visited the dealership that where we last purchased our cars over the past 10 years because we were hoping to get a good deal for being Loyal Customers. However, we left within about 30 minutes because it was such a frustrating experience. We live in the most remote part of Cape Cod, in Truro, and many dealerships are about an hour away. Instead of giving up for the day, we figured we should at least stop by another dealership to try and get closer to purchasing something. Well, let me pause here for a moment and say: the experience at Premier Cape Cod was exceptional and easy. (the opposite of nearly every other car-buying experience I've ever endured!) The staff are friendly (but not "fake" friendly - you know what I'm talking about). They're competent too, for example: We weren't sure if we wanted an SUV or a Sedan; we shared our thoughts with the Premier Team Member (Leo Laemmle) and he sat down and reviewed the types of vehicles that we might be interested in - based on what we had told him our criteria. We also started talking about pros & cons of Japanese versus American cars, as it had been a long time since we'd purchased any domestic made vehicle (we've been a Toyota and Nissan family for decades.) As we talked more about what we liked (and didn't like) about our Nissans (Maxima, Murano, Altima), Leo mentioned that there was an almost new Chrysler 200 that had been the dealership demo (with less than 4K miles on it) and was very good value. Based on the look and price, we decided to take the car for a test drive (to compare it to a couple of other cars that we'd been looking at - including a pre-owned Maxima.) (Note on Premier's pricing: really, there's no dickering. You pay what's on the sticker. And, of course, it's very easy to compare their price to others on the Internet. Premier has figured out how to give us Internet pricing in-person. Great model.) Well, within an hour of taking both the Maxima and the Chrysler 200 for test drives, we were very happy to buy the Chrysler 200 from Premier. It was the end of the day, and when we went back on the next business day to pick it up - EVERYTHING was ready, on-time, and as agreed. One of the product specialists came out and reviewed the car functions with me (think it was Golf), and the finance person (sorry can't remember your name!) was really wonderful too. Last but not least, our BIG THANKS to Leo Laemmle for spending the time to find us the right car for us. PS I was once VP of Customer Experience for a large F500 company - very, very impressed with Premier. They have really figured out how to do it right. Excellent customer experience. More

I needed quite a bit of hand-holding to make the move to a fun Jeep Wrangler. Kyle understood that I needed help getting into a simple model and did not push any extra bells and whistles and on the contrary helped me immensely in identifying the perfect vehicle to help keep my lease low enough for my budget. He was friendly and fun and warm and welcoming to my children. This was my first car purchase on my own and it was so wonderful to have full transparency and have someone who was down to earth and willing to educate me about the process in a non-condescending way. Car buying is not at all scary with Premier. Andrew Dent walked me through the financial end and again was forthcoming and supportive and reassuring. I would highly recommend working with Premier based on my experience. More

Kyle Hein explained how Premier operates and that they don't allow sales commission, so none of that running back and forth trying to make a deal. I bought a 2017 year end close out RAM Big Horn and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Its the best truck for the money, and trust me I did my homework. I would recommend visiting Premier Cape Cod if you are in search of a new or used vehicle. Thank you Kyle and Andrew for making me feel comfortable and relaxed during a very potential stressful time. We had to get corporate jeep customer service involved....its still going on. Between Chrysler and the dealership were blamingeach other but the customer was suffering. They were/are horrible. Outside of the fact my wife's life was at risk because of their car....zero empathy. More

The Jeep worked out fine and I was completely satisfied with my purchase. When I decided, rather on the spur of the moment, that I wanted to get a new Jeep of some sort with all the new safety options that I had seen in a recent Uber ride I had taken, my immediate thought was Premier Cape Cod. This time, however, I had an even better experience with my purchase. My StepDad who is a car aficionado, has always accompanied me when purchasing vehicles...but I decided to do this one on my own. I first went to Premier's web site. I saw an application for financing online and filled that out. Within less that two minutes, I knew how much I could finance. I looked briefly at the cars online, but decided that at this point, the best thing I could do was to call and speak to someone. Leo was my client adviser. I told him what I wanted, which was all the safety features I had seen in the Uber car I had ridden in. I told him that I was back in the Stone Age with what I was driving...my Jeep Liberty, although I was completely happy with it, the vehicle didn't even have BlueTooth. With just a few questions and clarifications, Leo was right on a vehicle that was perfect for me, right down to the color. I couldn't get over to see it until after work. Leo was done at 5...he had a previously scheduled appointment, but gladly agreed to return back to work to meet me when I could get there which was at 6. I went by myself, no StepDad, but there was no need for a man to accompany me. There was no selling pressure at all from Leo. He just showed me the vehicle we spoke about on the phone. I absolutely loved it. We spoke about my current Jeep and trade in value and then I said I would sleep on it. At 10:00, the next morning, when Leo arrived at work, I called him and said I was pulling the trigger and getting the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, if it was still available, and, oh, could I drive away with it tonight...? Leo didn't skip a beat and said, "Of course..." I only needed to provide a few more personal details, which I did over the phone, and i needed to supply a copy of my driver's license and Liberty registration, which I was able to scan in and email. My credit application had already been submitted online. I showed up that evening at our pre-arranged time and Kara was ready with the paperwork. We had a very pleasant time going through it all. She explained everything very clearly and we laughed and swapped stories along the way. Once that was all done, I was ready to get behind the wheel for my tutorial. Golf was the man for the task. He sat in the passenger seat and very methodically, from left to right, went over all the features of my new Grand Cherokee Summit. And believe me, there were a lot of features to cover. He was patient and thorough, never talking down to me or assuming I knew what BlueTooth was. I came away with a good grasp of what I could do and knew that as I spent more time in it I would learn the subtleties and nuances this top of its line vehicle could render. As I shook everybody's hand for the last time, both Leo and Golf were adamant about me feeling free to call with any questions or to even stop by for an encore delivery where they would go over the features of the car again. It was a very fun experience, the mood was always upbeat, light and jovial, yet not frivolous. I am sure to return to the dealership again when the time is right for me to trade in for another Jeep far down the road. I would recommend Premier Cape Cod highly for their professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit too! More

Upon my first meeting with Rob, I felt listened to and comfortable that he knew exactly what I was looking for. He helped me find the perfect vehicle and made the process as seamless as possible, answering any questions along the way including all the details about cost. Each employee I interacted with during my purchase was friendly and so helpful. I didn't know the process could be so enjoyable. I'm thankful I went to Premier for my vehicle. More

He was an absolute pleasure to work with to the point where I think my wife and I will only go to Premier Cape Co I purchased a new 2017 Ram from Rob. He was an absolute pleasure to work with to the point where I think my wife and I will only go to Premier Cape Cod for any future vehicles. He didn't pressure or hound me into anything. He just wanted to know how he could help me. Whether it be that I wanted to look at other vehicles/models, had questions on features, or had questions on their incentives. After the purchase was done, he lead me through the rest of the process of getting the new truck, getting it detailed, scheduling an undercoating spray with a vendor, and scheduling the inspection. If anyone asks me where to go, I will happily send them to both Rob and Premier Cape Cod. Thanks for providing an amazing experience Rob. You have an extremely satisfied customer. P.S. Had them look into something when dropping it off for the inspection. Thanks Kacey and Rob for keeping me informed and making sure I could get the vehicle back in time. More

The client advisor, Kyle Hein, (they're not sales people there) was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going, which I appreciated. I could tell right away that he was somebody that I was going to be happy to work with, and I just knew I wanted to buy a car from him. I can't say that I've ever had that kind of a car buying experience at a car dealership before. Kyle explained how their "pure pricing" works, which basically means no haggling over the price, which is awesome! He gave me the keys to a Dodge Challenger, and told me to take it for a test drive. He did not accompany me, which I really appreciated, as it gave me a chance to step on the gas, and turn up the stereo, and see what the car was like, without any distractions. I loved the car, but needed time to think it over. Kyle checked in with me, but didn't pressure me at all. I ended up buying a great car there, for a price I was very happy with, and with no hassle. Kyle explained all of the many features on my car, and told me to call if I had any questions about the car or it's features. I also have to mention Kara Burnett in the finance department. She helped move along the financing quickly, and was very helpful in explaining everything. If you want to buy a new car or truck, I would definitely go to this dealership. Ask for Kyle Hein.
