The power train inspection revealed a leaking front crank seal and the dealership also provided a multi-point inspection of my ten yr. old vehicle identifying the present status of brakes, suspension and many other systems free of charge and provided me with a full report to keep on record assuring that lifetime powertrain requirements are met and coverage is intact. Previously, Premier readily diagnosed a transmission problem and a leaking water pump and fixed these deficiencies while providing me a vehicle to use and a courtesy ride to my home. I highly recommend Austin Blake, a Service Advisor to provide you with professional assistance and did so in a friendly, competent and courteous manner as he had treated me. His telephone reports to me, regarding the Jeep's status and repair costs were dead on. Thanks to Austin and Premier for a great experience. More

Because this was a out of state purchase, Kyle's team had the VIN checked in RI and dropped the car off in my driveway. I registered the car and waited to complete this evaluation because I wanted to be certain that the car that I purchased met inspection requirements. AND IT DID...and its on the road! No silly sale price negotiations. Either the price fits your budget or it does not, and of course as a customer, I always want a better deal ;-) but certainly am satisfied. Thank you Kyle and team. Kacey Dockham was very thorough and very accommodating in having the repairs completed in time for me to put my Jeep on display at the Boston World of Wheels. As it turned out, a snowstorm hit the area and I cancelled displaying the Jeep but I was very happy with the speed of the repairs and the follow-through from Kacey who kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. I'm very fussy about keeping my vehicles clean and well maintained and my Jeep was immaculate when it was returned to me, which isn't always the case when a dealer performs repairs on your car. It was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to have Premier work on my Jeep again. More
