When I arrived I was shown to a very clean & comfortable waiting area. They found out I hadn’t dealt with a recall & offered to take care of it for me! They also found a very serious safety issue with my car & fixed that for me as well. All of this was done in maybe an hour!! They were just so accommodating & provided great customer service to me and I didn’t even buy my Jeep there but would definitely go there for my next one! More

Excellent Sales Person and Easy Process Kyle Hein did a tremendous job for us. We had a complicated transaction as we were leasing 2 new Jeep vehicles and trading in 2 vehicles that we owned Kyle Hein did a tremendous job for us. We had a complicated transaction as we were leasing 2 new Jeep vehicles and trading in 2 vehicles that we owned. One of the new Jeeps was for our daughter who graduates from college and starts a new job in a few months. She had no credit history. The last wrinkle was that I wanted to walk away with cash from the equity of our trades. Kyle quickly understood what we wanted to do. He guided us and advised us. In the end he navigated through the entire process: 2 trades, 2 new cars, 2 leasing companies, banks, registry and our insurance company. He constantly kept me updated via text, fax and email. No request was too hard and no hurdle too high for Kyle. He was never frustrated and always had the customer at the center of his priorities. He made all of this happen in 4 days. When we got there and started to work with the employees, we knew we wouldn't need to go anywhere else. Rob was a wonderful salesperson. He answered all of our questions, and put no pressure on us to make a quick decision. Once we decided to purchase the Jeep, Rob was available all week to answer my questions through email. He set up financing ahead of time so that we could quickly finish the paperwork the day we came to get the car. Golf was also a great person to work with. He was so enthusiastic about his job. He and my husband had a great time going over all the features and chatting about cars. We also worked with Andrew in financing. He made the process simple and quick. He was also very friendly and professional. Not to mention we love our Jeep! More
