The soonest appointment was over 2 months out. My service was only for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 2pm, my car wasn’t taken in until 2:25 and I didn’t get it back until 3:30. After waiting over 2 months for the appointment I would expect the service to begin on time. I also don’t expect a routine service like that to take over an hour. More
