Great deal first visit, didn't waste my time playing games I was trying to buy a truck with another dealer and they weren't able to get me what I really wanted for the price I could afford so I checked out Pre I was trying to buy a truck with another dealer and they weren't able to get me what I really wanted for the price I could afford so I checked out Premier. Premier cut me a deal so good my wife and I were literally stunned. When I told the other dealer I was going with Premier and told them the deal they said, "Wow, I don't know how they did that" and all of a sudden they wanted to see if they could come close to it. Sorry, a dealer that plays games and doesn't bring their A game right off the bat is wasting my time. Premier brought their A game from the first phone call when I told them I was looking at another truck at their competition (I'm sure that was extra motivation). The next day we traded our old car to Premier and drove our new Silverado LTZ Crew Cab home, no games, two visits in two days, done deal. They stayed past closing the first visit (we got their late) working numbers. They had us out the door with our new truck the second visit with no problems, no hassles beyond the normal mountain of paperwork. Steve Zenowitz was our salesman and he was great, very friendly and extremely courteous and helpful. Stacey Seal, the general manager, was awesome and beat the numbers into submission to get us our deal. Scott the finance manager was great too, explained everything quickly but thoroughly. All in all the best car buying experience I've had by far, definitely will be going back the next time I need a vehicle. More
