very dissapointing worked out a deal with Paul on a used 2015 suburban ltz. Went and got insurance and bank check and drove three hours to take delivery of the truck. The truck was not as advertised. There was a huge scratch going down the entire passenger side of vehicle, the roof liner was as filthy as the floor which was covered in potato chips. There was a tear in one of the leather seats and FOUR cigarette burns in the seats headliner and door panel. My wife and I were polite as were they and only asked for a credit for the door panel which was not repairable, everything else we would fix at our expense. WE were told there will be no credits. I didn't even complain about the 500.00 conveyance charge or the 195.00 vin etching fee on the purchase order. NOT a good way to generate business for a dealership that was EMPTY on a Saturday. I only hope the owner of the dealership knows that the GM let a customer walk out with a 50K check in my hand over a simple fix. Just dissapointing More

One of the best unpressured car buying experiences. I walked in, made eye contact with Steve Zenowitz and told him what I wanted for a vehicle. I looked at and purchased a used 2007 Jeep Commander in e I walked in, made eye contact with Steve Zenowitz and told him what I wanted for a vehicle. I looked at and purchased a used 2007 Jeep Commander in excellent condition!! Steve was very helpful and accommodating. I received a fair trade in value for my car. Although I was already per-approved by the Navy Federal Credit Union for a car loan, Premier Chevrolet was able to get me a lower rate and that says a lot. The sales manager, Jason Fontaine, made the deal financially come together. Because the whole experience went so smoothly and without stress, I drove off the lot the same day with my new used vehicle. Also I was given a 60 day 3000 mile warranty on a 2007 vehicle (who does that?) and 4-free oil changes. Most of my dealings with service was with Andrew Rushford. I felt that he was very upfront and supportive of any followup needs for my new used vehicle. The whole team at Premier Chevrolet is above excellent. If I forgot anyone its because I cannot remember all the names. There was the other individual at the service desk and the finance person and the person who put my trailer hitch on. Thank you all!!! More

My visit to your dealership today 6/10/15 I traveled 50 miles to see a 2013 Highlander,after speaking to Steve Z.to tell him I would be there in 2 to 3 hrs. When I arrived the Highlander was I traveled 50 miles to see a 2013 Highlander,after speaking to Steve Z.to tell him I would be there in 2 to 3 hrs. When I arrived the Highlander was very dirty so that I could not tell the true condition of the paint. And the spare tire was flat and sitting in the read most section of the car. I have never seen a dealer present a car for sale at a dealership like this . Just thought you should know. your salesmen and sales mgr. seem to think it was no big deal.
