Seems to me that this Dealership needs help on a lot of different things. Customer service, communication within each other and the speed on service. First off when I walked in today at 11:05 am with an ap different things. Customer service, communication within each other and the speed on service. First off when I walked in today at 11:05 am with an appointment I wasn’t greeted right away. I waited about 5 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. After my service was completed for an oil change which took two hours again with an appointment. I think this is too long from someone to have to wait with an appointment. It took my service advisor more than 30 minutes to realize my vehicle was out front parked waiting. The only reason she realized it was ready was because I went to ask her how much longer it would take for her to give me my vehicle. I counted the time from the mechanic walking in to release my keys to when she gave me my ticket. it was 30 mins that the truck was out front parked ready. I received my vehicle dirty they didn’t even put it thru the car wash for me. Horrible! I’ll think twice before I give my business to this dealer. More

My car was in service for over 2 days, the advisor Daniel never call or text me to update me on the vehicle. When I pick up the car they did not put in what they did to fix the problem on the invoice, howeve never call or text me to update me on the vehicle. When I pick up the car they did not put in what they did to fix the problem on the invoice, however I did received a text from Daniel that they did find the issue and replace the fuse. But on the invoice it said could not duplicate customer concern , when they did duplicate it. And when I come back to ask them to print out a new invoice with the replaced fuse they said NO they could not because the invoice closed. My first time there and it’s not a good experience. More
