Was seriously considering going and purchasing a vehicle from here. Had to ask 4 times to get a copy of the CarFax and repairs they had posted as going under. Kept trying to not send and I won’t go to purch from here. Had to ask 4 times to get a copy of the CarFax and repairs they had posted as going under. Tried to say because it was a visual inspection it’s different. If you can visually see structural damage there’s a problem. Avoid at all costs! More

He(the disgrace sales team) told me to give back my deposit but he says he will fix the car the car have safety issue on the leg they have a garage next to them probably something missing because when I drive and turn left it has some sound the I ask them to change the car into another one but they says no take this one or we take the deposit. so this is the tip of the iceberg no one respond your call you will get I will call you and no one call you back again. This dealership advertised a vehicle on the internet for $3999.00. My young daughter wanted to buy her first vehicle. She worked with Nas and put a $1000 deposit on the vehicle. Two hours later, she shows me her documentation, and the sales price on it is $4998.00. Nas charged her two processing fees of $999.00. I asked Nas to change the sales price to $3999.00, the advertised price or return the $1000 deposit; which he refused. I told Nas that I will file a small business claim against the dealership, and he said "see you in court". I also told him that bait and switch is illegal in Virginia under, the Virginia Consumer Protection Act, § 59.1-200. Prohibited practices, paragraphs 8 and 14. In addition, I will file grievances with the DMV's business regulations section surety bond, the Virginia State Attorney's Office, and the Better Business Bureau. I will send these offices evidence of bait and switch. I am sure they will find in my favor and my remedy to try to resolve this issue reasonable. Under the Virginia Protection Act this dealership will be fined more than the $1000 they owe my daughter, and their reputation will take a hit. More

Pat the Sales Guy, convinced me to buy the car. I tried to negotiate but he convinced me that I am getting best deal and the fact is I got the best deal. So now, I am adding this part to my review after a month of purchase. The Car came with one key which I had no idea, it was reveled by the sales man during negotiation. He was charging me $999 as dealer charges which everyone does and $899 as reconditioning fee which I've never seen anyone charging and he was very adamant about it but still it was a good deal. So I asked him what are you offering in the deal, then he said he'll give me another key. I was like what would I do with an extra key. So he was like 2 keys are always better. I was amazed that this vehicle comes with one key and this guy is giving me second key as a part of deal but anyways I was like ok. So on the invoice they increased vehicle price by $899 dollars which should be part of reconditioning fee column, this means the price advertised and price on invoice became different. means they cannot show reconditioning fee on the records. Now, I called them after one month when the temporary registration expired that when will I get new tags. Title guy was like we called you to get the state inspection done but I never received any call, no text, no email, no voice mail, these guys should attend classes for effective communication. Then he said that he'll send me letter and check to go to DMV and I can go get tags and along with the letter he'll send me second key as promised. and this is what I got. This is my 5 car and worst ever experience. Guys please refrain from this dealership or if you want to go there be ready for lies, lies and lies. PS: Sales guy begged me to give a good Review and I gave him 5 stars in the greed of second key and greed is not good because this is what you got. I wish google allows 0 stars. More
