People say the only people who leave reviews are the people who have something negative to say, however in this case I will tell you all my experience and what I dealt with personally purchasing a vehicle from this dealership: (had it been a positive experience I would have let that be known as well) i bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from Jesus he was the salesmen I worked with. Initially everything and everyone seemed cool, but keep in mind my mom had been telling me she had a bad feeling about them since we got to the dealership but she didn’t have any real reason why, fast forward I finance the vehicle and not even a month later my control arm snaps causing the vehicle back left tire to cave in. the vehicle then had to be towed to the shop for diagnostics and repair meanwhile I reached out To both Jesus and Mike (the manager) and despite many attempts they took their sweet time getting back to me. Finally after mike reaches out I send him pics of what condition the car is in he mentions what he thought it could be and that they would pay for that specific damage. Agyer recieving the diagnostic back there turned out to be more issues then the one the dealership mentioned they would pay for and remember I have not jad the vehicle a month. At this point im ready to give the car back Mike and Jesus are ignoring my calls, Im calling the dealership and they are literally picking up the phone and hanging it up all in one motion bc ive called so many times demanding to speak to either one of them. It was a complete xxxx show. Fast forward my car is fixed and seemingly fine, no here we are today 1 week later from this incident and my check engine light is on and the car will NOT accelerate. During the first incident it was told to me by both the car repair shop and my warranty company for the vehicle that the dealership sold me a FAULTY VEHICLE THAT WAS NOT FIT TO BE DRIVEN. A 2014 Nissan Altima sold by Jesus from Premier Auto in Dumfries, VA. At this time I will be taking legal action against the dealership. SO BE WEARY IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY TEST DRIVE AND EVEN THEN JUST KNOW IF THEY HAVE SOLDBYOU A FAULTY VEHICLE THEY WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE ANYTHING OR GIVE YOU TIME OF DAY THEY HIRE AND PROMOTE UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE & BEHAVIOR! BE MINDFUL!!!!! More

Where do I even start with these people! I bought a car from here last year have been facing issues ever since. First off the car fax they provided me was flat out fake and manipulated. BUY YOUR OWN! I’ve had to pay for 2 major repairs (not covered by thief crappy warranty) and have another issue to address coming up. Throughout my time with this car I’ve noticed that this car has been some of major accident because I’ve found evidence of structural repairs and the biggest piece of evidence ...the idiot who replaced the brake calipers put a 1 piston on my drivers side. It’s my fault for not inspecting it like I should but there’s no way in xxxx this dealership didn’t see these flaws. My radiator needed replacing because of damage, I was only given one fob with no spare key, and now this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! More
