We want to be as transparent as possible. This have got to be the worst experience by far. 1 week after our purchase we find out the truck need an engine. The check engine light came on before we left the lot. However, with a used vehicle we took it to our mechanic and it need an engine and Premier patched it up to get it off the lot. We stayed there from 11 am-8:30 pm with our family. We initially gave 5 stars but immediately took that down and wish we could give 0 stars. We just want our money back and them to have this piece of xxxx. Now we can't reach anyone. I'm calling the finance company and emailing them the diagnostic paperwork to get out of this contract. Thank God I didn't pay 16,901 cash!!! I paid 9500 for this xxxxxxxxx. Don't go here! Spare yourself the hassle. More
My mother is on disability, and needed an affordable car she can rely on, she needed a co-signer, so I helped her get what I thought was a good car. When we were there the car wasn't ready yet, then it was, then the dealer said he had to go to a funeral, then he mentioned the as is being the only light in the car but they would have it cleaned and he was leaving, the price negotiations somehow jumped from the offer I wanted on a local app, to a completely different offer at a different bank, the dealer stated he wanted to keep the payments low for my mom and it helps her over time. These all should have been red flags, but I believed the guy. A few months down the road the tires were worn so bad, we had to put new tires on it and they were unable to rotate the tires, as they stated the spokes were bent, and therefore it will also not pass inspection. We get the new tires and attempt to understand, Kelly Blue Books car fax DIFFER very much from the carfax from the dealer stating the car is unable to be quoted a price of worth because the frame has been bent and dangerous to drive. So while we are trying to understand what needs to be done to the tires and frame the car breaks down on the side of the road, we get it towed, and the mechanic told my mom it was the worst chop shop he had seen in a while. She was lucky to be alive as it's dangerous to drive on a bent frame. The motor is completely blown, the gaskets had been shaved down from the looks of it and it was missing several hoses. He said replacing the motor wouldnt even be the start of the problems the car has. I know we purchased an "AS IS" car assuming responsibility for what is predisposed as normal maintenance matched to manufacture suggestions and or repairs. What I did not expect was my disabled mother on a fixed income to be taken advantage of so bad that she does not have the car due to it blowing up after only 10 months on a five-year loan and is now in a situation where she cannot afford another car and still has years of monthly payments remaining in the amount of eight thousand dollars for something she cant even use. When I called the dealer I got laughed at and transferred to a manager line where no one ever answered. So I went to the website and google reviews and found so many deceptive and unethical business practices, I feel so sick to my stomach that this is "legal" it's wrong and unethical to consumers, especially a disabled woman on a fixed income. I would like compensation to pay the loan off or they take the car back and release us from this loan, this is by far a scam and should be illegal More

This company sold me a car that they claimed there was nothing wrong it. I took it to be expected by Toyota. I was informed that the car had structural damage, was unsafe to drive and should be returned t nothing wrong it. I took it to be expected by Toyota. The carfax they showed me said no structural damage, no accidents and it was a complete lie. I have photos to prove it. This place should be shut down. Criminals, crooks and scammers! More
