Patrick provided me with available information about an accident in the vehicle history. The final price did include some additions to the online price (as has been the case with every car I've bought) and these were explained when I asked. Gap was automatically included and when I inquired about it I was told that I could decline or cancel (this was also included in the paperwork). I reserve one star for Premier only because I have only had the car one full day.Assuming no issues with the car itself (it was almost brand new) this will have been one of my best car buying experiences and I will update to 5 stars. Straight forward, honest, and helpful. Everything is as advertised. David was immensely helpful in getting everything done. Will recommend! Everything is as advertised. David was immensely helpful in getting everything done. Will recommend! More

I had a clean car fax and it they said it passed their inspection. I don't mind giving credit where credit is due. The purchasing aspect was fine. Jesus handled my questions with pose and understanding. I never felt like he was annoyed by my questions, of which I had many. I thought I had secured financing from Capital One before I got there and that they worked with dealership so that the offer sheet was already done. He discussed that with me and I felt his explanation was reasonable. I would have given Patrick a similar rating, but then he treated me terribly afterwards. Not calling me back. Taking hours and hours to text back knowing full well I am hospital worker who works at night. When I was with him at the dealership, he had no problem stopping our conversation to answer the phone, but all of a sudden he can't answer people back. I live in Maryland and went to get it inspected and the list is multiple items that total a quarter of the cost of the car. 16k for the car and 4100 for repairs. The problem is that if they fail inspection they are required to detail why. They did not. The check engine light came on the 15 minutes into my drive home. I came back the next day and they ran the codes and stated the only code that came up was the battery voltage. When I got it to do my inspection, the catalytic converter requires replacement and a coolant leak coded back. Furthermore, multiple other aspects failed this inspection. The most notably was that they put the rear rotors on the front wheel. Which now have to be replaced because rear and front rotors are different. I am a reasonable person and do understand "As is", but they are required to disclose. If they missed these things on the first error code test, they should have gotten it on the next time they ran the codes because once the battery voltage code was fixed, 25 minutes after the check engine light came on again. I tried to discuss this with Mike and he acted like he never heard of me even though Patrick asked me for the inspection invoice and said he would give it to Mike. Finally got a hold of Mike, 6 hours later, and he said that never happened. So he said he would look into it. I called him a half hour later and he then acted like he didn't know what I was talking about again. These are unscrupulous businessmen that would sell you anything. If there is anything wrong, they will treat you like you are stupid and nothing after they get their sale. They rely on new business not repeat business. I'm happy for those that made it out of this dealership without massive bills... but I bet that is luck and not anything having to do with the prowess of the business. There are plenty of dealership fish in the sea, throw this fish back. It isn't worth it. Now, let me get back to working OT so that i can afford my $4100 inspection bill because they won't even do me the courtesy of calling me back and acting like men. Cheers to all. I hope this helps. Don't bother with this dealership. Price quotes are completely false. You are required to purchase at least a 3 thousand dollar extended warranty or the price quote you are given to bring you into the dealership is adjusted up by 1499.00. The car was also advertised as no accidents but that turned out to be false. It had been towed away from a rear end collision. Stay away from these dishonest operators. More
