Unprofessional & lack of empathy towards customers Conversation & process appeared fantastic until serious concerns were communicated to Nassir (Nas) Nazari (on way home from lot day of purchase) then Conversation & process appeared fantastic until serious concerns were communicated to Nassir (Nas) Nazari (on way home from lot day of purchase) then the truth came out about how much this dealer and sales rep really care about people and their buying experience. Lack of communication with zero follow thru on promises to compensate us for repairs needed on vehicle while allowing my 37 week pregnant wife and I to drive off lot with an unsafe vehicle which started shaking and juddering on way home. Took to a reliable service station and another honda dealership close to home to get confirmed list of repairs which listed many concerning items that were covered up by Nas during sales process. Most of these repairs are handled by reputable dealers up front, hence higher prices. Again, I hope the van will be a good vehicle but as is, it needs many repairs which were covered up and not disclosed during sales process after repeated questions about some of these items while in dealership. Check reviews and responses to some these reviews. Prices appear lower here up front and then the high fees come at you during paperwork. They are negotiable and will come down but then they offer their warranty which costs extra which makes them comparable or higher to others but the car you get will need all the work that is usually handled by better dealerships. Complaint filed with USAA and Virginia's Motor Vehicle Board to document and make others aware. Cross posting this on all review sites. Good luck and get everything you want from them before you walk out of the dealer with papers signed otherwise you'll be stuck with things as is. Don't expect full disclosure or anything past a nice smile and friendly conversation after driving off lot. Happy Holidays everyone! More
Bait and Switch I found a listing for a used Honda Fit on Edmunds.com at Premier. The listed price was for $11999. An employee at the dealership confirmed on the ph I found a listing for a used Honda Fit on Edmunds.com at Premier. The listed price was for $11999. An employee at the dealership confirmed on the phone that the price was $11999 for this vehicle. Halfway through filling out the financing papers, I saw the price I was being charged was $12999. The explanation was that the extra charge was because I was financing, as if this was unusual or unexpected. Additionally I was charged $1400 in various other fees. Finally, the temporary tag they affixed to the back of the car blew off on the drive home and the second key fob they gave me didn't work. I will have to take it to the Honda dealership and have it programmed at my own expense. I should've walked away from this one. More
