I went in for an oil change and to have spark plugs replaced. They talked me into several other major services that were not needed. Ever since going in my car has been leaning to left in the rear of replaced. They talked me into several other major services that were not needed. Ever since going in my car has been leaning to left in the rear of the car. I went in and they got me to put shocks on the front of the car which were never needed and to replace a bar on the axel in the front. Now my car is worse than ever sagging and leaning to the left in the rear. I now am forced to go to a new mechanic to fix this issue since I paid thousands on service that probably was never needed. They rely on suckers who don't know anything about cars and can't prove the work was needed or not. I'd steer clear if you want someone who will only provide service on things that are supercrtical to the operation of your car not service on things you'd never know about even after you use the car and eventually buy a new car. More

Associates at the dealership are friendly, polite, professional and efficient. The entire service department is very organized. The dealership itself is very nice and clean. Never returned my phone until 1 and half later . Thete were no updates on my repairs. They could not show me the parts they took off and replaced. David, from the Service Dept. was professional & knowledgeable. The Customer waiting area was clean and comfy with plenty of room to spread out! Complete with free wi-fi and ele was professional & knowledgeable. The Customer waiting area was clean and comfy with plenty of room to spread out! Complete with free wi-fi and electric plugs!. They even have a beverage station that looks awesome! When they were finished with my vehicle, David personally escorted me back to the service area for a follow-up chat. When I saw my car, first thing I noticed is that they had washed it! I highly recommend this Service Dept! More

Just bad customer service! ! After showing up about 10 mins early to an appointment to have my 2021 Tacoma serviced, the personnel in the service desk refused to help me or e ! After showing up about 10 mins early to an appointment to have my 2021 Tacoma serviced, the personnel in the service desk refused to help me or even greet me. I stood in front of the middle station for about 15 mins while seeing employees come in and out and 3 clerks on their stations in front of me just staring a their computer screens. After turning to head out the door, I was asked what time my appointment was, once I answered, I walked out to wait outside. No one came out to help. More
