David, from the Service Dept. was professional & knowledgeable. The Customer waiting area was clean and comfy with plenty of room to spread out! They even have a beverage station that looks awesome! When they were finished with my vehicle, David personally escorted me back to the service area for a follow-up chat. When I saw my car, first thing I noticed is that they had washed it! I highly recommend this Service Dept! More
Just bad customer service! ! After showing up about 10 mins early to an appointment to have my 2021 Tacoma serviced, the personnel in the service desk refused to help me or e ! I stood in front of the middle station for about 15 mins while seeing employees come in and out and 3 clerks on their stations in front of me just staring a their computer screens. After turning to head out the door, I was asked what time my appointment was, once I answered, I walked out to wait outside. No one came out to help. More
