Service at Precision Toyota is always 5 star! They have the best customer service anywhere! And a relaxing environment in which to wait.
We were in to purchase a vehicle and had an amazing experience with the Ethan in sales. Very conscientious, patient and kind. Didn't rush us and adequately explained all the features of the 2026 Sienna. Excellent Salesman.
Raul was very helpful letting me know what’s going on and how longer it was going to take. But.There is just no point of setting an appointment if it’s going to take more than three hours. I normally get picked up and by the time I’m back home they have to bring me back to the dealership because it takes 45 minutes but the day that I decided to wait so I didn’t have to waste time coming and going it took them more than three hours.
After making an appointment to see a specific vehicle, driving some distance to do so, was informed it had already sold. Bait and switch as someone else has mentioned. Additionally the standard $500 deposit you are required to place on a car not yet arrived to reserve is NOT refundable, or rather "refundable at the manager's discretion". So if that arrival date is the "disappearing deadline" youre out of luck. Disgusted!
The only reason why Precision Toyota is getting a 1 star review from me is because I can’t give lower that 1 star. Run as fast as you can away from this dealership. They are a bait and switch. They will tell you there is a 129 diagnostic fee but will be waived if work is completed by them. They will then tell you the problem and include the diagnostic fee into it. When questioned they will say not all repairs are included in that waiver of fee. Bait and switch. You ask for the service manager who will not take your call or call you back. Even the Assistant General Manager will not call you back. His name is Greg. Stay away from Service Advisor Ray Olvera. He denied saying any of this. When asked for recorded conversation they won’t provide it and say it is for internal training purposes only. Even though they don’t advise or have recorded message that it will be recorded. Please, I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. You have other option in Tucson.
